For the refund, contact me via my contact form or phone (770) 860-9464 or 800-821-2487, and I'll give you the address to which you can ship your returned printed book (if that is what you are returning). Printed books must be in new and salable condition. Shipping for returns is at your expense.

Shipping Procedures

United States

In the US I ship printed books via your choice of Standard US Mail, Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx. Rates vary based on weight and the choice of shipping.  The shopping cart automatically factors the cost.

International

Outside the US, I ship by fast and economical Global Priority Mail to 51 countries. I can ship up to a 400 page book in their flat rate envelope for US $7.50 to Canada and Mexico and US $9.50 elsewhere. Your book should arrive in 4 to 6 days.

E-Books

There is no shipping charge for electronic products. Occasionally our computers may go whacky and try to charge you. Contact us if that occurs.
